Please read everything carefully prior to booking and coming to your appointment!

How to book

  • Click this link to fill out my booking form.

  • Filling out this form will add you to the waitlist for your city.

  • This is also a way to request me to guest in a specific location. The more requests I get for a place, the more likely I am to come!

Come prepared

  • Bring a government-issued form of ID.

  • Moisturize the area of your body being tattooed for at least a week before your appointment.

  • Eat something within two hours of your tattoo appointment.

  • Refrain from drinking alcohol or taking any blood thinners for at least 24hrs before your appointment

  • Wear dark clothing that allows easy access to the parts of your body that will be tattooed

  • Cash is preferred!

  • Tips are never expected, but if you love your tattoo, they’re always deeply appreciated!

Responsibilities and policies

  • Once the day and time is decided, there will be a non-refundable deposit of $100 that will go towards the total price to reserve your spot.

  • The day and time is NOT reserved until I receive the deposit!

  • If you reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be void. Meaning you will need to pay another deposit to reschedule.

  • I finalize appointments over Instagram, so please make sure you’re able to receive messages from those who don't follow you! Additionally, scam/fake accounts pop up from time to time, so make sure to double-check it's me, "ezren.tattoo".

  • I will send the design either the night before or the morning of our scheduled appointment date. If you would like to see it sooner, I require a $100 drawing fee.

  • Please set aside the whole day for the appointment. My best art is made when I don’t feel rushed! I require a 48-hour heads-up about time-sensitive plans scheduled after your tattoo/time you need to leave by. Failure to do so will result in a $100 rush fee.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will owe a $100 cancellation fee.

After care

  • Keep second skin on for 3-4 days 

    • Reasons to take off early 

      • Allergic reaction 

      • Peels up to the point that the tattoo is exposed 

    • Try not to do any activity that promotes a lot of sweating, or the bandage could come off prematurely.

  • Moisturize once a day for two weeks 

  • Wait a month before

    • Applying sunscreen to the tattoo 

    • Submerging the tattoo in water 

    • Direct sunlight for a prolonged amount of time 

  • Send a healed photo 2-4 weeks after your appointment!
